L'Octodon

We were delighted with our stay at L'Octodon. The manager has a real feel for customer service, and there’s a secure garage for bikes. It’s also well placed for setting off on the greenway cycle path. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast had limited variety and few local products, so it could perhaps be better, but that didn’t cause us a problem.

The location makes it easy to head out on foot, by bike, or by car. I spent three nights at the Octodon guesthouse, where the hostess’s own style comes through: simple, pleasant, and attentive to guests. My room was spacious and clean, with a very pleasant bathroom. I also enjoyed unfussy, exquisite meals made with fresh ingredients, including vegetables from the garden and meat from a local butcher. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

Christelle made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. The welcome was so warm, and staying there was a pleasure. Our rooms were clean and very spacious, and breakfast was generous.

The setting, cleanliness, comfort, kind hosts, smiles, and energy all made me completely happy with the place. Christelle and her lavish breakfast deserve a special mention. I’m sure there are other things I’ve forgotten, but above all, don’t change a thing. Highly recommended for a really enjoyable stay.
