Thankfully we know the city, so we could fall back on some familiar routines that mean a lot to us. The apartment itself left me quite disappointed. It felt old-fashioned and very basic, with no hairdryer and a towel rail hanging on by a screw that was too short. The two small bunk beds were barely suitable for children, and the sofa bed was hard to open because there were no instructions. The real estate agency was also pretty hard to find. The door would only shut if you used the key in the top lock.

Hello, my phone number is listed as the contact for the Grau-du-Roi flower show, so I keep getting reservation calls. It's really annoying for me, and you're losing reservations too. Please check the number and change it.

The two pools are supervised, and the residence is a great place for a holiday. The two managers do their jobs well and make sure people follow the rules. No complaints.
