We absolutely loved the residence. The pool is fantastic, and everything is close enough that you don't need a car. It's 10 minutes to the town center, 5 to the beach, and at most 10 to the aquarium. It's quiet, too.

The shower is extremely cramped, and the patio door is so hard to open it takes two people. The bedroom door hits the mattress and won't close.

The apartment is tiny and poorly soundproofed, and the parking space is too narrow. Children can't play in the courtyard without being told off, as the residence is mostly occupied by elderly people. The pool is in very poor shape, with badly damaged grout around the deck and tiles coming loose.
