The double bed is the smallest size, though the bedding was nice. It stayed uncomfortably hot in the room all night and into the morning, so this isn't somewhere to linger. There's no air conditioning, and the balcony faces another balcony, which meant keeping the blinds down. Rooms on the far side of the pool get afternoon sun and are cooking by the time you finally get in. Getting in was a mess. You can't enter before 4 pm, like everyone else, and we queued until 17.15 for our room. People were still waiting behind us. The room is small but has a large balcony. The kitchen has a hot plate, microwave, and fridge. I'm not sure you'd make more than cereal there. The pool looked a decent size, but it closes at 7 pm and doesn't open until 10 am. They offer breakfast, but we passed. I won't use this hotel again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I found the rooms spacious and clean. Sure, there may be spots on the walls, but I bet your own home has some too. The bathroom has a smell, though an air freshener can sort that out. And mosquitoes come with being in the Camargue, a swamp area, and around the Golfe d'Aigues Mortes, so bring repellent. My main complaints are the lack of storage, since they could easily add another cabinet, and no air conditioning. It's September, though, and most of the heat has gone, so it's okay without it. This isn't a luxury resort, and the price was only 700 euros for 10 days. You should set your expectations accordingly. I don't know where all the really bad reviews come from.

The neighborhood gives the impression you're in the poorest part of France. The owners are the worst, from the gypsy kind. Read all the reservation details carefully and be ready for extra charges. There's no humanity or room for mistakes. Never again.

They expect you to clean up when you leave, but don't provide any cleaning supplies. For a budget hotel it's okay, neither great nor bad.
