Just okay.

We had a quiet, pleasant stay in late September. Our ground-floor apartment looked out over the complex’s park, and it felt like we were surrounded by nature. The location is beautiful, with direct access to the beach. The all-inclusive option worked really well for days out, since we could make packed lunches to take exploring. The buffet was varied and good quality, the staff were friendly and helpful, housekeeping was impeccable, and the beds were comfortable. You do need a car here, but it makes a great base for seeing the region.

The food and the all-inclusive package were very good quality, and the staff were welcoming. The restaurant team were especially pleasant, even though the dishes were very dirty. Our accommodation was clean, and pool towels were provided. The afternoon snack was a letdown, though. The website described something different, but we only got slices of cake. The beach was very small and full of rubble, more a patch of sand than a proper beach. The apartment is showing its age, and the fans didn’t work properly. There’s no air conditioning. The sofa is counted as a bed, but it’s poor quality, and at the nightly price it felt shameful to expect people to sleep on it. This was our first stay with this chain. After such a mixed experience, we’re not sure we’ll try another of its properties.
