Such a great place.

This grand, elegant building stands out against the modern city around it, not far from Le Havre Cathedral. It’s a striking contrast, monumental and luxurious, yet still refined. One of Le Havre’s few historic architectural monuments to survive the heavy air bombings of 1944.

The reception staff were pleasant, and that was it. When it came to cases, my assault case was dismissed because supposedly no one was there to verify what happened. Yes, really. The receptionists looked astonished when I mentioned it. A theft of money was dismissed too, even with a complaint. The people responsible always seem to come out right, and then people ask why anyone takes the law into their own hands. The incompetent CIVI (Commission for the Compensation of Victims of Crime) gives very poor information. Maybe the less they tell you, the better for them. They dismiss everything and move on to the next case. For child support, they deducted seven months' worth and gave it to her to deposit, instead of taking it directly from my account. I still don’t understand why, but apparently that’s justice, and you just have to deal with it. The worst part is that he didn’t return anything to the depot!!!! Then there was the bedding scam, with this and that, and they said I needed the Kabisse. I did everything, but still got a letter saying CASE CLOSED, even with the evidence. Oh well, next case. lol

This is a courthouse, an administrative building that isn’t open to the public or to anyone just walking in.
