We got caught needing to stay put when the rain came down heavily, and this was just the place to hunker down. Each room is different, full of interesting things to look at, and has everything needed for a quiet stay, including a bath, a kitchen, and lots of books. The woman who runs it is incredibly kind; she speaks English well, which helped since my French isn’t good. The town is beautiful, the price is very reasonable, and you’ll feel welcome. Don’t miss it!

The rooms and breakfast room are packed with beautiful things, so it can be easy to miss a spot while cleaning. Elisabeth is full of enthusiasm and really wants you to have a good time. She speaks English very well, makes sure you have what you want for breakfast, and encouraged us to take whatever we needed for lunch.

I stayed at Tilly‘s in late May while cycling through the Vosges Mountains. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and the breakfast area has a creative look. It’s a distinctive place with a personal touch you don’t get in mainstream hotels. The owner is caring and clearly puts a lot into making guests feel at home. I’d recommend it to travellers after a different kind of stay. Thanks for having me!

Elizabeth speaks good English and is lovely, with lots of useful tips for tourists. You can tell she really wants to make guests happy. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and absolutely full of ornaments, making for a charming and unusual stay. Breakfast had a good selection.

A really nice lady, a superb breakfast, and a shed for bikes. I’d recommend this if you want accommodation that’s a bit cheaper than all those hotels.
