The hotel’s a little dated, but it’s beautiful and clean. The balcony view is fantastic, the beds are great, and there’s a pool. The staff are very nice too.

The service was gracious and friendly, and everything seemed to be in perfect condition, even though the building has been around for a long time. It looks as if the place was redone quite recently. Every detail felt carefully chosen, and we kept finding pleasant little surprises. The architecture is especially lovely, with a sense of grace and space that made us feel as if we were on a set from an elegant 1920s movie.

We found it cheaper to get a croissant and coffee from local boulangeries than to have breakfast at the hotel, though the hotel breakfast is reasonably priced for what it includes. There’s some parking around the hotel, but it’s street parking and can be hard to find. A couple of bus stops are a short walk away, so getting to or from Toulon for a train connection is quite doable without a car. The location is hard to beat, close to the beach, great restaurants and shops in Le Lavandou. The room was small, but the sea-facing balcony and fully working bathroom with a bidet made up for that. We could adjust the AC to our liking, which can be hard to find in France, and the concierge was very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff speak some English. Great hotel, good prices and a great location!

A very clean hotel in a superb location, with friendly staff, a nice pool and a fair price. We loved the hotel and the town, and would stay again in a heartbeat.
