The apartment was very comfortable, in a quiet spot near the beach. There’s a pool in the complex too. Getting around can be hard, though: there are lots of steps with no handrail, apart from the final descent to the beach, and some of the steps are quite high. It may not suit someone with a knee or hip replacement unless they’re very fit. Parking is spread over several levels. You can wheel your luggage in containers if your place is along the path, but ours involved several steps and no ramp. Tiring, to say the least.

The rentals vary from apartment to apartment. Some are listed through websites, while others are through Geolia. The setting is a little Mediterranean paradise: an 8-hectare park with plenty of peace, an infinity pool facing the Îles d'Or (Golden Islands), and private access to Pramousquier beach.

The peaceful setting and beach right nearby were a rare treat. We also appreciated how clean the property was, the quality of the services, and the attentive, professional, kind team. Their warm welcome and availability throughout our stay at the Goélia Plage des Pramousquier residence from July 12th to 19th, 2025 made our holiday unforgettable. A pleasant enough place, but nothing more. The pool with a view of the sea is the only nice thing.

The pool has beautiful views, and there are lovely green areas throughout the residence. Each place has a small outdoor space with garden furniture or a balcony. Like many holiday residences, they advertise beds for up to 5/6 people. But space is tight, and the fridge seems suited to two people. There’s no freezer or oven, so I’d be curious to see how a group that size would manage. There’s no air conditioning either, just two large standing fans. It’ll do for a holiday, but it’s nothing special.
