Valerie and her family run a lovely little resort, and the place has such a happy feel to it. The rooms are charmingly decorated, and the staff are wonderful and helpful. A real find. I’ll definitely come back.

We were surprised by how great the hotel was. The photos of the rooms and hotel really ought to be updated. The rooms were clean, in great condition, and nicely done, with modern, attractive bathrooms. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. After checkout we realized we’d left an envelope in our room. It’s arrived here in Denmark today. Such excellent service, thanks for everything. ❤

The morning buffet is wonderful, especially with a view of the ocean. Prices feel fair for what you get, and everything was clean. Service was fine, and the staff were always very nice, doing their best to communicate in English. Sometimes the music outside gets a little loud, but it’s not too bad.

Keep in mind that they won’t let you in if you arrive after 9pm, even if you’ve emailed to say your flight was delayed. They also won’t let you cancel any other bookings and will charge the full price.

We landed just after 10pm because our flight was delayed. We explained by phone that we had nowhere else to stay, but the owner still wouldn’t come and let us in. I can’t believe they took our money and then left us to sleep on the street. Our first night in France, lost and alone.
