We arrived right at 3:00 PM, but the key safe code we’d been sent didn’t work. After we messaged on WhatsApp, we got the correct one, only to find the apartment hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were unmade, the toilet was filthy, and there were other issues. We were told cleaning was delayed, so we waited outside until 6:00 PM and nobody came. We later heard the cleaner was in hospital. They said we’d get one night refunded, but it still hasn’t happened. The apartment itself is usable and the location is okay, but that didn’t help us. The front door also looked like it had recently been broken into. Everything was a mess, and a small push would have been enough to open the door while someone was home. I’ll never rent from this landlord again.

The apartment was peaceful and very well equipped, with a bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. We had a fantastic weekend, with a warm welcome and quick phone help whenever we had a question or needed something. Picking up the keys when it suited us was easy, too. We’ll definitely come back. I highly recommend it!

Check-in was incredibly easy, and the owner was available if we needed anything. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, with excellent bedding and a very convenient location. It also came with a washing machine, dryer, free TV and Netflix, free Wi-Fi, and end-of-stay cleaning included.

I stayed here for a week with colleagues for work. It’s a functional apartment in central Le Mans and was perfectly adequate apart from the beds, which could’ve been a bit more comfortable.
