There’s plenty of space and the apartment is in a good location, but sleeping was difficult because the mattresses and bedding were so poor. Some parts have been renovated, though the materials feel cheap and the finishing is rough. Cleanliness was only mediocre. There was hair on every bed when we arrived. I was told the sheets were clean and that it had come from the washing machine, but finding the beds covered in hair was unpleasant. The cleaning staff need to pay closer attention to details like this.

We stayed in apartment K-ctus, which was bright, roomy, and well equipped for our family of three. They’d even left dish soap and hand soap. The host was very helpful and quick to respond, so get in touch if you need any information. The building is in a good spot on a quiet street, with parking all around. There are several apartments in the residence. I highly recommend it.

We were really pleased with the studio, especially its location near the city center, the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, and the magnificent Saint Julien Cathedral. It was a great stay, and we’ll definitely come back.

Too many flies and spiders, hardly any ventilation, and a TV that didn't work. We booked an apartment for two, but it barely had room for one. A very, very, very bad experience. I absolutely don't recommend it.

Everything was clean and tidy when we got there, but the bed and sofa were hard as bricks. The TV didn't work either.
