For Le Mans MotoGP, getting around was easy from here, with trains and trams nearby. The centre is a few blocks away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and efficient, and breakfast was good. I only wished there were a kettle in the room.

There used to be a lot I liked about this hotel. The building has old-fashioned charm, they've made some nice redecoration efforts, breakfast is genuinely good, and the private parking is convenient. I've stayed more than twice before. On my last visit I found a bug in the room. That was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable, and it's destroyed my trust in the hotel's cleanliness. I won't return, despite the location and breakfast. It's a real shame, since this was once one of my preferred places.

We parked for free on site, and the tram ride to the old city is only five stops. We'll explore it this evening. The hotel looks recently refurbished, with high-standard decor, and everything was very clean. When we arrived, we spent an hour chatting with the owner in the lounge over a couple of drinks before unpacking. Room 2 was comfortable, with blackout blinds and a very comfy bed. The shower was excellent and powerful, and there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We'd definitely stay here again.

We stopped for one night on the way south. It was quiet, and the rooms were clean and peaceful. The hotel is in Le Mans, with a quick walk into town for dinner. Parking on the property made the trip easy.
