Villa Doucè Kreyòl

We felt right at home, and Guilhem gave us great advice from the start. The villa is peaceful and just as pictured, with a lovely pool and a large property. It’s a few minutes’ drive from Marin for shops and restaurants, and the southern beaches, including Anse Figuier and Anse des Salines, are not far away. There’s air conditioning in every bedroom, which is a real plus, and the villa is well equipped, including for children, with a high chair and a crib with a proper mattress. Four people would fit ideally, or possibly six if you don’t mind being a bit cramped. A fantastic stay and a genuinely high-quality welcome from Guilhem. We highly recommend it, even if we’d like to keep the place to ourselves for our next trip to Martinique.

At Villa Doucè Kréyol, the lawn is soft under bare feet and fruit trees line the garden. You can also just unwind by the pool. It’s charming, very well equipped, and wonderfully placed for a peaceful stay. We had such a good time and will definitely come back. Thank you, Ghilhem, see you soon.

We’re delighted with our first stay. The garden and pool were real pluses, and the view was extraordinary. The villa was very pleasant and well equipped, and the owner and neighbors gave us a very friendly welcome.

The warm pool water in the generous sunshine, the soft trade winds, and birds singing at dawn made the whole stay feel restorative. We loved wandering around the large garden and finding seasonal fruit. It was such a wonderful, unhurried time, with the villa’s charm and all that peace and quiet making it feel extraordinary.
