Lovely town and a good location. The staff were a huge help, especially Crystal, who kindly arranged a lift to the train station and suggested the best route home. The food was excellent too, both dinner and breakfast were 10/10.

The single bed in room 4 was very uncomfortable, with a ridge down the middle and sloping sides that made me feel like I was falling out whenever I turned. Even so, we were pleased with our one-night stay while breaking up our holiday drive. The room was a good size, spotless, and nicely decorated, and the staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful, even carrying our bag upstairs. There’s no lift, so we were glad to be on the first floor and would have struggled with more stairs. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was good, though I’d have preferred fruit salad or something similar as an alternative to the ham and cheese. We’d stay here again if we were in the area, but would pick a different room or bed next time.

We stopped here for one night while driving home through France. It was a comfortable place to stay, and the restaurant was a real bonus. The food was typically French and really good. Spot on.

The ladies serving us were friendly, quick, and helpful, even though only one of them spoke English. We stayed at the hotel and had both lunch and dinner here. On our bicycle trip, this was the best restaurant we’d eaten at so far. The dishes looked lovely on the plate and the flavors were to die for. Thank you for everything.
