Plessis Parc Hotel

A classy place in a lovely neighbourhood, with free parking and a supermarket nearby. It’s a bit far from downtown, and the supermarkets behind the hotel aren’t always open. Staff were decent, and breakfast was limited.

The rooms are clean, and when something goes wrong the staff try to help. There’s a bus station right outside, hopefully, but the hotel otherwise feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere and is too far from the city centre. There’s no minibar in the rooms, so you have to get water from the vending machine on the ground floor or from a supermarket. I can’t imagine how inconvenient that would be in hot summer weather. The quality for the price wasn’t good, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel for my next Paris trip.

The restaurant food is good, and the burgers are outstanding. In the room, clean surroundings, comfortable beds, and hot showers with good pressure cover about 90% of what makes a great business hotel stay. Value depends on the rate. At €75 a night, add a star to that; at €160, take one away.

The restaurant was very good, with exceptional food quality and excellent staff. The staff throughout were extremely kind and always ready to help, especially Charles and Nico. Highly recommended as a place to stay.
