The owner called less than a day before we were due to arrive and said our room was already booked, so he was cancelling our stay. That was hard to understand, since we'd been messaging in writing the day before and he hadn't said anything about not being able to host us. We weren't sure what to do, so we waited to hear from Booking before cancelling. Later that afternoon, he called again, shouting and pressuring us to cancel the reservation ourselves. We ended up having to cancel and book somewhere else for a much higher price. Only afterwards did we learn we shouldn't have cancelled through Booking, because the host would have been responsible for the extra accommodation costs since the cancellation was his fault. We'd booked well in advance at a very good price.

We'd happily come back to this peaceful little hotel. Its garden is carefully kept, with shady corners, a pool and a big terrace, and we could relax there without outside noise. The young owners took great care of us. Our room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly roomy and modern for this price range. Everything was clean and well looked after, and the hotel sits in a quiet residential area. We highly recommend this restful place.

The room was pleasant and the bed comfortable, and breakfast was generous and excellent, with local products. I've stayed at the villa twice in recent weeks, and each time Loïc welcomed us warmly and paid attention to our well-being. Maybe a short summer visit to enjoy the pool is the only thing left to ask for. Thank you, Loïc, for being so kind.

The owner was remarkably kind and attentive, always available with a warm welcome and helpful advice for exploring the region. The house itself is beautiful, clean, warm and tastefully decorated, and I felt right at home. Everything was impeccable throughout my stay. I'd return without hesitation and highly recommend it! 🌿
