The location was really nice, close to the beach and city centre but still quiet and tucked away. The rooms were much better than the rather worn exterior. Service fell short, with some staff quite rude. The pool kept closing early, and the Wi-Fi had problems.

The pool is nice and feels safe, and the holiday apartments are well situated. You'll need to walk or bike to reach the nicest spots, and a car is handy now and then for nearby visits. There is some noise from the coastal motorway.

It's a beautiful, quiet, isolated place, about 5-6 minutes' walk from the sea. The reception man was very rude once, and the gardener was too, so I gave the service one star. There's not much public transport or many supermarkets nearby, and it's always windy. I wouldn't recommend it in the cold months.

The apartments are a good size, clean, and well equipped, with a nice terrace. The location is convenient for Le Pouliguen, a supermarket, and the sea and beach at cote sauvage, though you'll need a car. There's safe, free underground parking. Very good value in low season.
