Dogs are welcome, which is nice. We only stopped for dinner, but loved the tucked-away setting and the simple menu. The pizzas were great, and everyone was really friendly.

The service was so friendly and attentive, and everything felt like great value. We were a group of seven for dinner. It was raining, so we couldn't enjoy the lovely covered terrace by the water, but the inside is decorated beautifully too. We shared antipasti and pizzas. I really liked my "Regina", and they also make bases with creme and pepper. The house wine was delicious, and the chocolate and pistachio ice cream had loads of flavour. I'd happily recommend it for dinner, or for drinks and nibbles on the terrace in summer.

The food was good and the staff were great, but what I loved most was how beautiful, peaceful and quiet the place is. A special spot to stay. After thinking it over, I changed my location rating to 5/5.

The breakfast was incredible, and it was included in the price. I stayed again in October. The river had changed, but the warm welcome and excellent service were just as good. Such a lovely setting and wonderful staff.

I have so many happy memories from the 1980s, so I was really pleased to see the Moulin restored to its former glory. When I visited a few years ago, it was tragic to see how far it had fallen. Keep up the good work!
