A car is needed here, since the nearest bus stop is 1.5km away. Still, it's a lovely base for exploring French Riviere. The owners are kind and helpful, with plenty of suggestions for things to see and do, and the garden feels magical. I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

The owners are really nice and keen to help. We had a great week at Bastide Saint-Joseph in late July. The neighborhood is lovely, with a supermarket and bakery close by, and Nice is only about a 30 min drive away.

It's a beautiful country house, but keep in mind that it's already very expensive to rent. The owners charged us for a shutter repair after it was damaged on a very windy evening, and they seem to charge for even the smallest breakage or damage.

The owners are lovely, and the garden is beautifully landscaped and very pleasant. The country house is superbly quiet, too.
