The girls running the place seemed nice, but I can't see any reason to stay here again. It was awful. Finding it was difficult, and there was no front desk. They expected us to take our shoes off at the entrance, and the bathroom had no soap or shampoo. The shower flooded the floor, and the towel felt like sandpaper. The food wasn't good either. Afterward, we were basically expected to wash the dishes ourselves and even change our own bedding.
The slopes are just a stone's throw from the front door, c’est Magnifique! Our room was cosy and comfortable, with a stunning valley view. The food was beautiful, served in a homely, rustic dining room, and the bar prices were nice too. The staff were gracious, kind, and helpful, with a fantastic attitude and so much attentiveness. It's easy to see why people flock to les flocons. Will we be back? Je pense que oui! Simply the best in the biz.

Lovely people and a great place to stay.
Clare made us feel very welcome and was clearly on top of things. The place was spotless, and it had everything we needed to enjoy a week in the mountains, including the location and amenities. Paul cooked for us each evening, and the meals were delicious. We had a real pleasure staying for the week and would gladly recommend this small, friendly, family-run hotel.
