The terrace lunch was great, with really good food and such friendly staff. I also tried the 1.5h SPA access, which felt like a lovely treat after skiing, or even during the day. There’s a hammam, snow cabin, sauna, pool, and different jacuzzi options, so the time flew by and 1.5h didn’t feel like enough. Merci 💫

The setting was lovely, with tasteful decor, and the oriental facial left me feeling completely relaxed. We’d hoped to book a body treatment during our ski trip, but a fall on the slopes limited what massages we could have. We weren’t disappointed with this choice at all, and we’ll be back!

The bar has a cozy chalet feel in the evening, and the staff are friendly. It’s clean, warmly decorated, and has a romantic atmosphere. A superb hotel, I highly recommend it.

We spent the whole week stopping by the terrace and ski bar. The welcome was fantastic, the service straightforward, and the waitresses were friendly. They even put Jul on the crepes!

The location is a little remote, though I’m sure there isn’t anything better nearby or in Barcelonanette. The rooms are excellent, with thoughtful details that really make a difference. After 7 pm there’s nobody around, as seems common in many hotels these days, and I wasn’t thrilled by that. Maybe it’s normal in low season? The staff were still kind, helpful, and professional. Definitely an excellent hotel.
