Elaine even got breakfast ready for us quite early, and the hosts were lovely throughout. The beds in our room were excellent. The shower sat a bit low for someone my height, but the location made that easy to overlook.

Elaine and her husband have lovingly brought this beautiful house back to life. I really loved it. The accommodation is lovely too, in a very pretty part of France.

Elaine made us feel very welcome, and the bedrooms and shared rooms were comfortable, with a real French feel. The Chambre d’Hotes is peaceful and well placed for seeing the local area, or just stopping over. Try the optional evening meal Elaine offers, it was delicious. Highly recommended.

The bedrooms are spacious, each with its own style, and very comfortable. I also got to see the Gites in the grounds, recently refurbished to a very high standard. Elaine and Gilles made me feel extremely welcome at La Vieille Distillerie, a really comfortable Chambres d'Hotes. I hope to come back on my next trip to France. Thank you both, staying with you made my holiday complete.
