Hôtel Le Celtic

Getting to CDG is easy, with the bus stop just a short walk from the hotel. It's a family-run hotel, bar, and restaurant with generous, comfortable rooms and great service. A good choice for one night or a longer stay.

I booked this for an early flight the next morning, mainly because it was close to CDG. The price and location worked well for me, though finding the entrance took a little effort.

I wish I could have stayed longer. The room was cosy and had what I needed for the night, even though I arrived late and left early. The owners were really accommodating, and one of them personally drove me to the airport. It has a very homey feel.

The bathroom door in room 11 on the second floor was the one real drawback. It was a pocket door that wouldn't lock or stay shut, and slowly slid all the way open. For a single night it wasn't too bad, though I can see it being a deal breaker for someone else. The service was amazing, so this would have been five stars otherwise. I'm not sure who helped us, but he was great. Check-in ended at 10 pm; we expected to arrive late after a train and an Uber, so we called ahead. They said the restaurant would still be open, so that was no problem. We had to leave for the airport at 5 the next morning, and he showed us the nearest bus stop and let us pay the fare as part of the hotel booking fee. It was a cosy hotel above a quaint pub in a charming little town. I'd stay here again.
