Our three nights in the chalet were a lovely end to our motorcycle trip. We had the whole upstairs to ourselves, including a well-equipped bedroom and balcony with a beautiful view over this peaceful spot. Twice, we even woke up to deer outside. Christian and Éliane were warm and attentive hosts, and we really enjoyed sharing lunches and dinners with them. They cooked delicious regional food and were such a friendly couple. The location is great, near Gérardmer but away from the crowds at this time of year. We highly recommend staying here and would happily come back.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and Eliane and Christian made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful time with them and are grateful for their hospitality.
