Everyone on the team was really nice, and communication with them was very good. Still, this isn’t the Pierre et Vacances standard I’m used to. The building could use some fresh paint, and it’s time for a renovation.

The private parking is a rare find in central Le Touquet, and the building sits in the Golden Triangle, close to all amenities. I’m a happy and proud buyer. I think it’s a very good investment, with guaranteed short-term capital gains, and buyers shouldn’t miss the few studios that might still be for sale. This is no longer a Pierre & Vacances residence. It’s a residential building, and each studio is privately owned. Some owners rent theirs as holiday lets, while most use them as second homes or live there year-round. Major renovations to improve the property’s value were approved and were due to start in 2017.
It’s classic Pierre & Vacances, and I wouldn’t recommend it when it’s full. For a winter weekend, though, it’s ideal.
Getting a bit old.
