The breakfast could use fresh fruit and a wider selection. Otherwise, this small hotel felt very much like home, with its big lobby and spacious, comfortable rooms. The golf clubhouse was lovely too. I appreciated having coffee, tea, and water available as much as we wanted. The staff were very accommodating, especially at the golf reception.

We had a great stay and hope to come back. Breakfast was good, and all the staff were first class. Special thanks to Alyssa, who answered all our questions easily in English and got in touch to see if we wanted breakfast after we'd forgotten to book it. We stayed in the golf-themed room 10 Bobby Jones, which had a nice lounge area and a small kitchen. The golf buggy was included with the room for golf, a real help in the heat. A couple of things let the room down: water from the shower screen runs straight onto the floor, and there was no air conditioning. It got very hot, and the little plastic fan squeaked as it turned, so it was too noisy to use. Given the hotel's quality, a Dyson type air fan would make more sense. I mentioned this to Alyssa. There's no dinner on site, so you'll need to go elsewhere. On Sunday, restaurant options for dinner are very limited, though some places are open.

Our room for 14 people was spotless and very comfortable, with a huge bed. The welcome was warm, and it's a beautiful place. Breakfast at the clubhouse was simple and good quality, though they had run out of bacon even with only six of us in the room. We'd come back if we get the chance.

A great evening, and everything else was perfect too. It would be handy to have a map in the room showing where to go for lunch. Some fruit in the hotel lobby would also be welcome. Thanks so much!
