I won't be coming back. The room was freezing, and it should have been heated more. There was nothing in the vending machine, either. We were only two guests at the hotel, but leaving the parking lot still cost €10. The receptionist left after just two minutes, so getting out was impossible. Don't park on the platform during the off-season when there's no service.

The staff were lovely and always smiling, which was a nice extra. We stayed two nights with our child during the CLNA, and the rooms were beautiful and well soundproofed. Breakfast was good, too. I can't remember ever sleeping in bedding this comfortable. A truly excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it.

The view over the circuit was exceptional, and the room itself was superb. But the shower was a real letdown, with absolutely no water pressure.

The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast the next morning had plenty of variety and good quality products. It was a little expensive, but still acceptable. I also want to compliment the lady who keeps the property tidy. She seems to do everything herself, even breakfast, and she has such a lovely smile. The service lost a star for me because I arrived at 7 p.m. and nobody was there to open the front door. I called the number, but some kind of disco answered, saying things I couldn't understand. I was the only guest that evening. Luckily, a kind lady who was there offered to help and asked whether they'd sent me the entry code by text. They'd most likely forgotten. Without her, I wouldn't have been able to get in. I think that's a serious failure for guests.
