10/10
The rooms were cozy, recently refurbished, and quiet even though the place is close to the road. Everything was simple but spotlessly tidy, and the staff really made an effort to help. Our French was limited, so the owner switched smoothly to English. The restaurant had a varied menu, from burgers and pizza to main dishes, in a nicely designed space with a great atmosphere.

My allergies were taken seriously, and the staff made me feel safe after I checked my long list with them. They also helped us feel welcome and Covid-safe, even bringing mosquito spray and a candle when we mentioned the mosquitoes. The meal was wonderful: I loved the veal with polenta and light, tasty cheesecake, while my husband enjoyed his steak. Our daughter was welcomed warmly and loved the roast chicken and profiteroles. We also had delicious glasses of local wine. We'd happily return. Thank you!

The food was good, and the staff were really friendly. They even brought us bug spray. There were quite a few ants around, but I'd take that over the wasps we saw everywhere else.
