Chantal really makes this place special. She’s generous, smiling, and so welcoming, with plenty of stories to share. Le Belle Lensoise feels like a cozy little bubble away from time. The rooms are comfortable, with impeccable bedding, and the entrance is full of trinkets and stories. Breakfast is plentiful and generous. It was such a lovely encounter, and a comforting place to stay.

Even though we arrived at 10 pm, we got a lovely welcome, with a big smile and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The host clearly loves having guests, and she shared some great stories about the city and her hotel. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and carefully maintained, with wonderfully cozy beds that felt just like home. Breakfast was delicious and generous, with lots of it homemade. The service was so good. I was there on a business trip, but she helped me switch off from work and really relax. Thanks again for the warm welcome, maybe we’ll meet again soon.

I felt at home from the moment I arrived at the beautiful Lensoise. Chantal is discreet, warm, and attentive to everything I needed. My room was comfortable and pleasant, and the whole place was lovely. I spent four happy days there, with plenty of laughter, and had a wonderful encounter. Everything was perfect.
