When we checked in, I asked how breakfast worked. They told me I could collect it in a bag in the morning. I had until 11:00 to check out, and went downstairs at 10:00, then again before 11:00 to return the key. Everything was shut, including the restaurant, and nobody was there or answered. So the breakfast described in the listing wasn't available. The room was dirty and cold even with the heater on. There was no blanket, just a dirty duvet without pillowcases, and the sheet was dirty and used. We got only two small towels, which wasn't enough. The worst place I've ever slept.

I chose this booking on Hotels.com because the listing promised onsite parking. At the reception desk, down a dark, dingy corridor, the receptionist wasn't friendly. When I asked where the parking was, he said I could use any side street. I explained that onsite parking was the whole reason I'd booked. After speaking by phone with the manager and chatting online with Hotels.com support, I cancelled and went somewhere else.

Never seen anything like it. There was just one towel for two people and no toilet paper. They said we had to be back before midnight for safety reasons. The only good part is that it's fairly central, right in front of the station.
