Lagrange Vacances L'Orée des Cîmes

The welcome was really friendly, and the lady was cheerful and attentive. She even lent the children sleds for free. The apartment was clean and had all the equipment needed for a pleasant vacation, though parking was very narrow. We had a pleasant family stay, with dining and activities conveniently close by. I recommend the residence for its location and the lady at reception. 🙂

The apartments are clean and well laid out, in a lovely, comfortable residence just a few steps from the village center. The one drawback is that there are no coin-operated luggage carts for taking bags to the elevator.

The apartment itself was fairly satisfactory, with adequate bedding, but the master bedroom was really small and storage was lacking. There was no Wi-Fi or even a chair on the balcony for a little seating area. The location is very convenient, close to the ESF ski school and shops, but the reception was appalling. The woman who greeted us showed no friendliness or service. The underground garage was too low for our vehicle, and we wish we'd been told in advance. At check-in, the receptionist was very aggressive, insisting on an arrival time between 8 and 10 am even though my husband arrived at 9:30 am. There wasn't any apology for the parking problem. It's a shame the residence isn't managed more professionally.
