Hotel Aurelia

I spent one night here in February 2026, and everything went smoothly from booking through checkout. Room 10 had excellent roller shutters, a nice bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. There was complimentary coffee in the room, plus free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The bed and mattress were comfortable, and the little terrace was pleasant. Staff were friendly, the welcome was perfect, service was superb, and parking was secure.

The manager’s reply to us was, “But the mosquito and the dozen or so empty packets aren’t dirty, maybe the stain on the tiles is…” That was after we found a squashed mosquito behind the toilet door, a disgusting mark in the toilet, and piles of soap packets scattered along the shower wall. The harsh hallway light stayed on all night, and the bedroom door was about 5 millimeters too short, so I didn’t sleep at all. We paid €99 for one night at this supposedly 3-star hotel, plus €15 for our 4-month-old kitten. I’d avoid it completely. It doesn’t deserve its 3 stars. Corinne

I was here on a three-week business trip, and Room 10 was just right, with no complaints at all. Housekeeping kept it immaculate. The whole team was available whenever needed. The restaurant was excellent, especially the ribeye cooked in the fireplace. The chef did a fantastic job, it was a real treat. Thanks again.

I had a really pleasant stay. My room was clean and got cleaned every morning, and the service was impeccable. I don’t get why this place has such a low rating. Thanks again. David, Lidl
