Apartment Gentianes 23

The location was great, but the apartment was filthy when we arrived, with rubbish on the floor, dirty pillows, stained mattress covers, dirty duvets, wooden sticks, and broken old curtain rails on the double bed. There were no sheets, towels, toilet paper, or kitchen cloths, and the sink was blocked with mud. The internet password was wrong, and we had no internet for the last three days. The apartment contact didn’t respond for three hours. When he finally did, he pointed us to a nearby bedding rental and told us to clean the place ourselves or go somewhere else. He’d already been paid in full during the Christmas peak season. He was rude, avoided communicating, and didn’t try to help. Horrific service.
