The chalet’s location at 2,000 metres worked well for direct access to the ski pistes, and we enjoyed the terrace in the afternoon sun. The heated ski equipment cabin was useful and the beds were okay. Since the weather was excellent, we spent most of our time on the pistes rather than indoors. For the price, though, the chalet needed better upkeep and equipment. Kitchen items were broken or missing, the pans were scratched, and the cupboards and walls were dirty. The terrace looked as if it hadn’t been swept for months, the carpet was dusty, and the old sofa was very uncomfortable. It could use renovation. The smoke alarm went off as soon as we tried frying one egg. Wi-Fi was so poor that downloading anything wasn’t realistic. We stayed in the “authentic” apartment Christina. It was a real disappointment on cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment, and not the decent chalet we expected at that price.

A really great stay. The view was incredible whichever way you looked, and the staff were kind and very helpful. The place is close to all the slopes.

The price felt high for the chalet and the level of service. It was old and poorly maintained, the bathrooms clogged from the first night, and the Wi-Fi was painfully slow. They don’t provide basic supplies such as toilet paper, so you have to buy everything yourself. The spa apparently serves only certain cabins, and ours wasn’t eligible. The snow boot heater wasn’t working; despite asking several times, no one fixed it. Croissants we ordered failed to arrive on the first two days, and we had to keep asking. Staff seemed undertrained, and because they were all new, nobody knew the answers or could help with questions. The cabins are scattered apart, so getting to reception means climbing a lot of stairs. We had a lot of luggage, and hauling it all up and down was a nightmare.

The staff were really nice and checked each evening whether we needed anything. The apartments are cozy, clean, and equipped with what you need for your stay. We’ll come back next year for sure.
