The views were great, and getting to the slopes was fairly easy. Our room was clean and really nice, and the building seems quite new. Matt at reception was friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay and will definitely be back next season!

We’d definitely stay here again. The apartment was lovely and laid out really well, with a lovely view. The service was considerate, kind, and very helpful. The location was excellent, and the hotel amenities worked well for families. Overall, a very good stay.

We complained while we were there, but little or nothing was done. It felt like there was no management, just an effort to charge as much as possible. The prices are premium five-star, while the hotel is three-star at best. I’ll avoid it next time and tell friends to look for another hotel with actual management.

The pool setup is still disappointing. Residence guests have a separate pool area, and access to the hotel spa, which is far better than the residence pool and sauna, cost 50 euros at Easter and was down to 35 euros per person on our latest stay. The residence sauna wasn’t working this time, so we were allowed into the hotel spa. Even during a busy resort week it was never too crowded, and I don’t think letting all guests in would cause much of a problem. The mountain-side sauna there was out of order too, though these things happen. We’ve stayed in the residence twice, at Easter 2024 and again over the Christmas and New Year period, because it suits our group. The new management has brought a few changes we didn’t like. Breakfast and half-board were less flexible, and the hotel breakfast we chose for the week had slow service, food that wasn’t replenished often enough, and limited variety for the price. The bar snack menu could also have more choice, especially for children, at lower prices. The shuttle used to be outstanding, but now residence guests can use it only at certain times. It makes you feel like a second-rate guest when you’re still paying a lot. Staff knew many guests saw this as a problem and tried to help where they could, which was great. Still, my two teenagers were left stranded after I’d told staff they needed a ride and they confirmed the request, so I was not impressed. We had a great week overall, but better choices on the shuttle, spa access, and bar food, especially for kids, would make a big difference.
