The slope-side location is fantastic, and the terrace is a must. Staff were friendly and the service was top-notch, with a really tasty, high-quality breakfast too. The shuttle to and from the parking lot is very handy. A perfect spot for a ski holiday!

The ski room and its bar made it easy to get ready calmly in the morning before heading out. We also liked that the hotel kept a separate area for guests whenever an event or party was going on. Kian behind the bar deserves a special mention. He was professional, warm and incredibly hospitable, and we had a lovely evening there. Our room was clean, roomy and comfortable, the breakfast buffet had lots of tasty choices, and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

We had a table for 12 women at Zinc bar, and the food, staff and entertainment were all outstanding. The atmosphere was great, and the team really tried to make things work for a large group. I've stayed at this hotel several times with my family, and this time came back with friends.

Popped in to thaw my toes with a hot chocolate. It's right on the slope, with a great atmosphere, and the inside seating was lovely and warm. Outside there's seating and a DJ for a fun vibe. On a sunny day, it'd be an amazing place to linger over cocktails or champagne.

The food was fantastic, and the location couldn't have been better. From arrival right through to leaving, the staff were so friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure my wife and I had a great birthday ski trip. Thanks to everyone there. We'll be back!
