I’d somehow thought we’d booked a chalet, but it turned out to be a five-bedroom apartment on the third floor. The staff were excellent. The bedrooms were small with hardly any storage, and four of the five en suites had no toilet. There were two toilets in the hallway. The sauna was shared among the many apartments and had to be booked in one-hour slots. The ski locker could just fit ten sets of skis, but there were only three keys for our group of ten.

When we came back to the same apartment and room two years later, in January 2025, we found several problems that had nothing to do with the tour operator we booked through. The bedroom door wouldn’t close, and although this was raised with the residence, it didn’t seem to be a priority. The location is great, with genuine ski-in, ski-out access and bars and shops nearby. The accommodation is reasonable quality. The bathrooms could use more shelves above the sink and in the shower, but that wasn’t enough to lose a point over.

We were a group of 11 and had a great stay. Everything was clean and new, the location was good, all the bedrooms were doubles, and each had its own shower. These are really good apartments for a ski trip to Val Thorens. We’d stay here again if we come back. Thanks so much!

There’s loads of space in this apartment, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two separate toilets. It’s well placed in Val Thoren village, and you can ski right in and out. A perfect base for a dream holiday in the French Alps.

Right in the centre of Val Thorens, with true ski-in, ski-out access. Great location and lovely hosts ❤️
