We really enjoyed our stay. The location, facilities, cleanliness, and attentive staff were all great. We also loved our meal at the M Table, with its distinctive dishes, thoughtful detail, and great flavors, all served well.

The spa services were among the best I've experienced, with talented, experienced technicians, and the spa pool area was lovely. Worth every euro. The location was wonderfully convenient for getting to the Three Valley ski area in France, and the rooms were beautiful. Staff were very accommodating. We were there in the first week of the season, so perhaps they were still working out the kinks. I'd like to return closer to mid-season. Breakfast was included and had enough variety, but it never changed during our week, so it got boring, especially the undercooked bacon. The wait service was impeccable, even if the staff weren't highly experienced. We didn't try the main dining room, though the reviews we read were very positive. We had one dinner in the bistro and didn't enjoy it, so we ate elsewhere after that, with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel. It could easily be five stars if the food service were better.

We loved our room, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff were outstanding, so kind and welcoming, and nothing felt like too much trouble.

For three days, I paid €2000 to be sick with a nice view. The food poisoning lasted 38 hours, and they confirmed it came from the breakfast. To their credit, they kindly offered not to charge me for it.
