Everything was broken, from the bed and couch to the shower and TV. With no shower door, water got everywhere, and the apartment had a smell. We called the agency for help, but although they said someone would come, nobody did. When we complained again, they hung up. We had to sleep on the floor. They count the balcony as one of the rooms. We paid for luxury and got a horrible experience. DO NOT GO THERE.

I booked with free cancellation, but they still won't refund me more than €2600. Communication has been terrible and completely unprofessional. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place. Save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere.

One of the rooms was actually a balcony, and the bed was broken, so I ended up sleeping on the corridor floor. The place looked more like a storage room. Absolutely horrible.

The bathroom sink was blocked, the place was dirty and smelly, and someone else's laundry was in the bathroom. There was only half a shower door, and one bedroom was out on the balcony, so it was freezing. The hallways were disgusting too. This was the worst place I've ever stayed. If I could give it no stars, I would. Save yourself the tears and stay somewhere else. Just avoid it.

Nobody seemed to care that it was freezing at night, and we never received the pillows and blankets we had paid for. The whole apartment was filthy, with things falling apart and what felt like major fire hazards everywhere. It's the worst apartment I've ever lived in, and it definitely wasn't fit for people to stay in.
