Studio Les Contamines Montjoie - Les Combettes - Le hameau du Lay

We love coming here in both summer and winter. It's a friendly, relaxing place, with lovely people who are easy to talk to, and a truly amazing view. The photos attached show it for themselves 🤩 The big problem is that the tenants in "enclave J" don't respect the shared spaces or other people. Some smoke in the hallways, others walk around in ski boots even though it's forbidden, and some make a terrible racket day and night as if they were alone. They show little regard for the housekeeper, either. We owners pay fees to maintain the place, so people should respect it before the issue has to be reported to the property manager. There are trash cans all over the hamlet, yet bagged dog poop gets left on the ground just 2 meters from one. Some people badly lack good manners and civic-mindedness. Don't assume it's the young ones, either. It's quite the opposite.
