The cross-country ski trails on the southern plateau are only a three-minute walk away. We had a really pleasant weekend, with friendly hosts, a practical gîte, and lovely evening meals. The generous picnics and cozy lounge were a hit too, especially for watching the Olympics and playing board games. Great for a group stay, we'd recommend it.
The food was tasty and we felt comfortable all week. Our hosts were welcoming and always happy to offer advice, and the location made it easy to enjoy different water sports. We stayed from February 24th to March 3rd and would happily come back :-))
Alexandra and Cédric were such lovely hosts, attentive and flexible throughout the weekend. I brought 36 people together at Gîte Les Chamois for my birthday on October 5th and 6th, and their care helped make it a big success for everyone. The place has an authentic, welcoming feel, and the food was very good. I highly recommend it.
My two boys absolutely loved La Féclaz, and it made for a proper family holiday. We also had a great time meeting the other guests. Thanks again to Cédric and Alexandra, the owners, for being so kind, available, and generous with their advice. We'll be back next year.
I grew up in this region but hadn't returned in years, and it was lovely to find that the nature here still feels unchanged. The setting and accommodation were much better than I expected, and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment hotel was charming, practical, and tastefully decorated. The owner was discreet, pleasant, and attentive to guests. Thank you sincerely for your hospitality. We stayed five days and four nights, and next time we'll stay longer.
