The location deserves five stars. The place itself gets one, and so does the non-existent staff. We were told we couldn’t check out two hours later, which I simply don’t believe was impossible. When I complained about the neighbors partying from 11 pm to 4 am with loud music and shouting, staff didn’t help and just switched off their phones. We had to check out at 10 am, but check-in wasn’t until 5 pm. Guests are expected to clean up, and they don’t do their own cleaning, which makes that late check-in seem ridiculous and just greedy. Our apartment was dirty, and the kitchen utensils were greasy. At reception, they acted like, “Huh, why do you want to change this five-year-old greasy coffee machine?” Everything costs extra, including Wi-Fi, TV, blankets, pets, and more. It’s all-inclusive in price, but not in what you get, and far too expensive for the service. I found the attitude disrespectful. Look at reviews for their other properties and ignore them if you like, but I’d pay another 200-300 to stay somewhere cleaner, more caring, and more thoughtful about your vacation. Don’t bring your money to any of their accommodations.

The balcony view was beautiful the next morning, and the kids were happy, so we tried to enjoy the stay as much as we could. We couldn’t cancel because it was non-refundable. For the price, it was okay in the end. But after a 10-hour trip with three kids, arriving late at night was hard. There was no real snow like we expected from the promotional photos. They gave us a house on the second floor, and getting three sleepy kids and two big suitcases over rocky floors to the chalet, with no lights at all and a dangerous mountain road, was really frustrating. The chalet wasn’t clean when we arrived: hair everywhere and dust. The parking lot was full, so we couldn’t park next to the chalet to unload the luggage. I’m also allergic to dogs. I was really disappointed.

The kitchen and bathroom were okay, and the employees were kind and helpful. The location is excellent, but the condition of the bed, covers, and couch in chalet 16A was awful, fit for the garbage. I know there are different chalets, so visitors’ experiences depend on which one they book. The photos show the condition of this one. If you can’t see the chalet you’re renting, don’t rent it.

The location is great, but I was very disappointed by how the chalets were kept. The floors were gross, doors were broken, and the kitchen appliances were sticky. There was hair from the previous tenant in the bathroom and on the bed. I don’t think the chalet had been cleaned before we arrived. The bathrooms were disgusting and smelled bad.
