For €40, I booked a 1h30 spa session by calling the hotel reception. The facilities include a hammam steam sauna, dry sauna, cold plunge, and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. It was amazing for recovering after a ski trip.

The decor is unusual but interesting, though the build quality feels a bit rough. The food and service were excellent, and I’d definitely go again.

That was the best meal we’ve had in Les Deux Alpes. The food was great, the staff were amazing, and the atmosphere was really friendly. When I left something at our table, our lovely waiter even ran after me in the freezing cold to return it. Highly recommend!

Felix was so polite and cheerful, and his warm, welcoming manner made the visit even better. My friend and I tried hot mulled wine and Irish coffee on a wine bar tour around Les Deux Alpes village, and Chamois Lodge was the best stop for both. We also ordered the ‘Croquetas Raclette’ and ‘Escargot’, and we’ll be back for the same order. A cosy place to unwind and eat snails, I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Les Deux Alpes.
