Delphine was a lovely hostess, and breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. We spent two days at Maison des Quatre Saisons, and the sunny weather gave us a chance to unwind in the garden.

The host, Delphine, made us feel so welcome and went out of her way for everyone. She really seems to have found her calling. The room had lovely decor, thoughtful details, a very comfortable bed, and high quality linens. We could help ourselves to prepared gourmet meals whenever we wanted, along with snacks and drinks, and there was a nice selection of wines to buy. The whole setup gives guests a lot of freedom. It’s a beautiful, relaxing place on top of a hill. It’s a bit out of the way, but well worth the drive. Much better than I expected, and about as good as it gets.

The setting was so peaceful, and we wished we could have stayed longer. After a hot day, the pool was a welcome break. The property is beautiful and well maintained, with decor and food options that felt carefully thought through. Delphine is a wonderful host with a great eye for detail, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved our stay.

This was the best place we stayed during our whole six-week trip. The bed and bath were very comfortable, and the grounds and pool were beautiful. It was bicycle friendly, too. Delphine was an excellent host, and we fell in love with her. The breakfast was great, and there was a nice wine selection and optional dinner service. This is how a country chateau should be run.
