The youth group was fun, and the staff were great. I also really liked the heated indoor pool.

The meals were poor quality, and the meat-free alternatives we were meant to get were missing for 3 of the 7 meals. Breakfast, though, was great. The service staff were lovely and always smiling, and the welcome was warm. They did everything they could to make our stay easier. There’s a beautiful view, but the VVF (holiday village) is very dated, even though it works fine. We were told it would probably be renovated next year. There was mold in the bathroom. The activities for teenagers didn’t feel suited to a mountain stay. The four-season toboggan run on Friday was the exception. I think they could have offered other ways to help young people discover the mountains, instead of focusing on music and dancing. Getting them away from their screens is what the activities team is there for.
