The welcome was pleasant, and we were allowed to arrive early in the morning instead of waiting until 4 pm. But our first stay at Sabaudia, advertised as a prestigious 4-star residence, turned into a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Our Jacuzzi stayed lukewarm even after we complained, and the indoor pool, supposedly heated, was cold every day. Our sauna/hammam booking had been forgotten. One morning, pastries we hadn't ordered were left behind our door and still charged to us. The hygiene was awful. The toilet brush was disgusting, and the coffee maker still had a used filter full of moldy coffee from previous tenants. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED. This place doesn't deserve the 4 stars it claims. We've been coming to Les Gets for 50 years and will return, but never to Sabaudia.

The rooms were very spacious, and it's just a 4-minute walk to the slopes. We had a perfect stay at Sabaudia, with such a warm welcome. What more could you want? We'll be back!

We spent three days in a very comfortable hotel room at Sabaudia, and the staff were incredibly attentive to their guests. A superb experience. We'll definitely come back. Thank you, Sabaudia!

The view was great, and the room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and good mattresses. The toilet was separate, and the room was very well soundproofed. The indoor and outdoor pools were popular and clean, and there was a great fitness room. The staff were super friendly. Perfect!!!!

The receptionist was incredibly kind 🙏, and the apartments were clean, in excellent condition, and had everything we could need. The hotel is well equipped for activities too, with a spa, two pools, sauna, hammam and gym. It's in a great spot in the center of the resort, close to the ski lifts and within quick reach of the shops and other amenities. Flawless 💪🙏😊
