Belinda made the whole week feel easy, even with so much for us to organise. She was there from before we arrived right through to checking we’d all got home safely, and was always ready to help with anything we needed. We loved her humour too. Emma was just as lovely when we met her. M&T are lucky to have such a hardworking team member. We’re so grateful for another brilliant week at Chalet Novelin in Les Gets, and we’ll be back.

The food Alice prepared was excellent and beautifully presented, and Chalet Novelin is handy for getting into town on foot or by bus. We had a wonderful week with Alice looking after both the adults and our two children. We hope to return and stay with her again.

We couldn’t have picked a better place for our family ski trip or to celebrate my Dad's 60th. The food was delicious, and the hosts were happy to accommodate us. Belinda was always there whenever we needed her, and Sarah made us feel so welcome while cooking for us. Thanks, Chalet Novelin. 10/10 for a family, colleagues, or friends planning a ski trip.

Sarah looked after us so well, cooking delicious, high-quality meals and sharing whatever resort information we needed. Chalet Novelin was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of fun during the week. From arrival through departure, the stay exceeded what I’d expected. It was lovely to be looked after, and I thought it was great value. We had a wonderful family holiday and I’d happily recommend the chalet.

M&T made it easy to get sorted, with airport transfers, lift passes, and ski gear delivered right to the chalet. The food was excellent and catered for our dietary needs without any fuss. Tallulah and Lara were phenomenal hosts, attentive, good company when we wanted a chat, and full of useful advice for making the most of the chalet and the surrounding area.
