The apartment worked pretty well for the four of us, and the staff were friendly. The location is good for the ski lifts, just a short walk up the road. The pool got busy at times. One letdown was the en-suite bathroom, which had a shower and basin but no toilet.

The location was great, within walking distance of the pistes, but the stay didn’t turn out as expected for our group of four adults. We’d booked an apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom was so small that none of us could stand in the shower, and reception said they weren’t responsible for us being tall. When we used the bath in that bathroom, water poured through the kitchen ceiling below because the pipes weren’t attached properly. On arrival, neither the hot water nor the fridge was switched on, which caused a few inconveniences. They eventually offered us another apartment, but it wasn’t an improvement. There were also several extra costs: €20 per person for Wi-Fi, €59 for garage parking, and charges for making the beds and using the sauna, among other things. The stay was fine in the end, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Good value for money in a great location, and the staff were friendly. The rooms are a little tired. We didn’t use the pool because it always seemed very busy or full. Fresh bread can be ordered for delivery each morning.

The front desk staff are nice and helpful, though they aren’t always around. This is really an apartment hotel, and the apartments feel small and stuffy. Parking costs extra and is difficult with a large car. Wi-Fi is also extra, and the connection is terrible. I’d recommend it to younger people coming to Les Gets mainly for biking and hiking, with accommodation as a secondary concern.
