Chalet Grande Etoile des Neiges

The sauna and Jacuzzi were such a luxury after skiing, and really helped with our aching muscles. We stayed at Chalet Grande Etoile for a week in Alpe D'Huez, where Alec looked after us. The chalet felt homely and our room and bed were comfortable. He cooked fantastic meals all week, and the afternoon cakes were a lovely treat after a day on the slopes. Alpe D'Huez has plenty to do and suits both beginners and expert skiers. We'd definitely return to the resort and stay at Chalet Grande Etoile again.

We stayed with Inghams and had a very comfortable time. The chalet works well for 10 people, and every room has an ensuite. There’s ski storage with boot warmers, plus a hot tub and sauna. I was in a first-floor room. The location is great, near Telecentre, Alpe Express and Grand Sure lift, with a bar and cafe across the way, a boulangerie around the corner and a Sherpa up the slope. Nice area, so don't hesitate to book.

The bedrooms look out across the valley, and the view is magnificent. This beautiful chalet has all the modern comforts, right in the heart of the resort, near the shops and ski slopes. In summer, free shuttle buses are close by too.
